We deliver to all UK addresses, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Currently, Purely Glam does not offer international shipping, but we’re working to expand our services globally in the future.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details, followed by a dispatch email containing tracking information (where applicable).

Tracking Your Order

For Next Day and Saturday deliveries, a tracking link will be sent via email upon dispatch. You can also track your order directly through your Purely Glam account on our website.

Failed Deliveries

If you’re not available during delivery, the courier will typically leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot. Check your tracking information for specific details.
